Sydney is implementing Dance It Out at the Boys and Girls Club of Western Pennsylvania. Her project is addressing health disparities among underserved children in Pittsburgh by providing them with access to a wellness program centered around various styles of dance. Through dance, Sydney is fostering community inclusion through self-expression, goal-setting strategies, and developing confidence in children. The goal of Sydney’s project is to empower children to thrive in a positive environment and translate lessons of dance into their everyday lives.
