We are the only yearlong leadership development program that provides direct service across our region through an interdisciplinary, experiential learning program for graduate students. The Institute for Equity-Centered Leadership (formerly Pittsburgh Schweitzer) attracts outstanding and dedicated emerging professionals to do this work.
