Critical Priorities 2025-2026

Our Equity Fellowship addresses the five Social Determinants of Health, which are economic stability, education, social and community context, health and health care, and neighborhood and built environment.

Applicants’ Project Proposals should focus on one of these critical priority areas, including:

Physical Health

  • Promoting Physical Health & Reducing Chronic Disease

    • Healthy Eating Behaviors

    • Reducing Tobacco, Drug, Vaping, Alcohol Use
  • Increasing Access to Healthcare

    • Reducing Racial Disparity in Infant and Maternal Mortality
