Sustainability is a crucial component of The Institute for Equity-Centered Leadership and Fellows’ projects. From the onset, Fellows are tasked with thinking about how their projects will be sustained beyond their Equity Fellowship year.
With the support of TIECL Staff and community partners, Fellows identify projects that can continue to be built upon, expanded, and sustained by future Fellows for long-term success.
In addition to sustained projects, our community partners also assess and provide us with a list of identified needs that applicants’ project proposals can address.
