Since 1997, The Pittsburgh Schweitzer Fellows Program has invited applications from any graduate students, part or full time, in any discipline, enrolled in any university in the greater Pittsburgh region to submit an application describing a direct service project that they would like to implement in an underserved community. In a typical class of Fellows, roughly 4 to 6 different schools are represented. Schweitzer Fellows have been enrolled in the following institutions while implementing their projects.
