The 2017-2018 Class of Pittsburgh Schweitzer Fellows embody the legacy of Albert Schweitzer as leaders in service. The projects highlight the range of passion and creativity that our newest Class of Fellows possess.
Fellows will be implementing a range of projects, including: medical care and health and environmental education at the Allegheny County Jail, a food pantry, and clinics; exercise and social interaction programs for seniors; LGBTQIA support and health education; self-confidence, empowerment, and gratitude through art and music; and career empowerment for young women.
